  1. Are all your products made in Australia?

    Yes, every one. We are extremely proud of the quality workmanship that has gone into crafting each and every item we stock.

  3. How do I know what size to order?

    If you plan to purchase clothing or accessories from our website, please refer to our sizing guides before placing your order. We provide sizing information for our range of t-shirts and hats. If still in doubt, email us and ask: contact@australianchoice.com.au

  4. What is your refund and exchange policy?

    We offer a complete money back guarantee on any item purchased from our website.If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, please email us immediately at contact@australianchoice.com.au and we will remedy the problem as soon as possible. If the goods are faulty, we will pay the cost of postage to return them. If it is for a change of mind or error on your part, we ask that you post the goods back to us. Please contact us first to arrange.

  5. Do you have other products than on your website?

    Yes we have many more items not on the website. The shop carries nearly twice as many items as we have on the website, so if there is something that you want and can’t find, please email us.

  6. When is payment processed?

    Payment is processed when place your order. If you wish to change your order and we will happily refund all or part payment as requested by you.

  7. Are your online transactions secure?

    We do not collect any credit card information. All transactions are carried out by DPS or Pay Pal.

  8. Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes. Please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible to discuss any changes.

  9. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

    Our website sends you confirmation of your order immediately. You will also receive email confirmation when your order has been posted.

  10. Are the products I want in stock?

    Orders are filled from stock on hand at our store. We make every effort to keep all items in quantities to meet customer demands. However, like with all retail businesses, stock levels of some items can unexpectedly run low at times, often for reasons beyond our control. If it is not in stock it is usually on order. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative item or you can choose to cancel your order.

    Yes you can order over the phone. Please call the Australian Choice store on 02 6257 5315 (or +61 2 6257 5315 for international residents.)

  12. I need my order by a specific date. Can it be delivered more quickly?

    Yes. If you require a product urgently, we suggest that you call us 02 6257 5315 or email us at contact@australianchoice.com.au so we can check product availability and discuss postage options with you.

  13. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards, Pay Pal or Direct Deposit.

  14. How long will it take to receive my order?

    The process from receipt of an order to the package being sent generally takes less than 2 business days. If there is to be a delay we will contact you and confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order. Orders to capital cities are generally received within 2-3 working days from the time of posting. Regional areas may take longer.

  15. My order is taking a long time to arrive. What do I do?

    If you are concerned that your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please email us at contact@australianchoice.com.au and we will follow it up for you. If within Australia, please don’t wait too long. Parcels are returned to us 14 days after an attempted delivery fails. If overseas delivery, please don’t contact us too soon. Parcels can take up to 4 weeks – even if Australia Post says it should be quicker.

  16. How do I contact Australian Choice?

    You can visit our shop located on the ground floor of the Canberra Centre, Canberra’s premier shopping location. Our trading hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 9.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 4pm. Please note our opening hours may vary on public holidays.   17. Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, we post all around the world.

  18. How much will it cost to send my parcel overseas?

    Our website calculates postage for international orders, but only to countries that Australia Post can send using International Pack and Track. If your order says that postage cannot be calculated, please save your order to your wishlist and email it to us.

  19. How long does overseas mail take?

    Packages sent via air mail generally take between six and 14 business days to reach the USA and Europe. It has taken as long as 28 days to arrive in Canada, and 23 days to the US.

  20. What currency are the prices on the Australian Choice website?

    All prices listed on Australian Choice website are quoted in Australian Dollars.

  21. What import taxes or Customs/Quarantine requirements may apply to my international order?

    If you are ordering from outside of Australia, we recommend you investigate your country-specific regulations that may affect your international shipment.

  22. What are my shipping options?

    We charge a fixed rate of $10.00 per package when posting any order within Australia.Parcels are sent using Australia Post (international orders are sent via air mail – price will be calculated on the website).
