Order Processing and Postage:
- Orders are filled from stock on hand in our store and expertly packaged by our staff. Parcels are then sent through Australia Post (all international orders are sent via air mail). The entire process from receipt of an order to the package being sent generally takes less than 2 business days. If there is to be major delays for any unforeseen circumstances we will contact you via email to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order. Payment is only processed once an order has been filled and ready to be posted.
Postage Within Australia
- When posting items within Australia we charge a fixed rate of $8.00 per package.
- For capital cities parcels are generally received within 5 working days from the time of posting.
- Time to delivery for rural areas will be somewhat longer than this.
International Postage
- Due to the obvious differences associated with sending items of various weights and sizes to different countries around the world, international postage rates are determined for individual orders.
- A quote for the cost of postage will be sent prior to order processing to allow customers to confirm whether they wish to proceed.
- Packages sent via air mail generally take between 6 and 14 business days to reach the USA and Europe.
Refunds or Exchanges:

In the majority of cases we simply send a replacement for any damaged items however if you would prefer to exchange something for another product or simply want to return the item for a refund we are more than happy to accommodate your preference.
